The other more important thing is Air Conditioner. The AC must always be placed at the right place. The most important thing is that the AC should not be placed just above the bed. It neither looks good nor is good to place there.
A study room enhances the grace and gives a nice look to a house. So, having a seperate study room with proper space for books and magazines is a good option.
